Scott Richardson is a Senior Lawyer with eleven years of practice in criminal law and family law. He is an experienced solicitor and barrister, having run hearings as a defence advocate in the Local Courts, District Courts and Supreme Courts. He is qualified in both the New South Wales jurisdiction and the Tasmanian jurisdiction and he has been involved in a variety of cases in the Criminal Courts including driving and traffic offences, assaults, sexual offences, drug offences, stealing and property offences, manslaughter and murder.

In the Family Law jurisdiction he has experience with cases involving property, children, maintenance and divorce.
